What he does best...

Sincy has 30 years experience in the fitness industry:

International Sports Sciences Association "ISSA" Certified Personal Trainer

ISSA Certified Nutritionist

- ISSA Strength/ Conditioning Specialist

- Experienced Muay Thai coach. 

 

He is adding manual therapy to his repertoire along with further training in Active Release Technique and Sports Massage.

 

Sincy graduated at Kootenay Columbia College in August 2023. He is currently preparing to write the license exams to become a Registered Massage Therapist. 

 

He brings a passion for fitness, health, and education to Revive.

Kathryn

What she does best...

Kathryn completed a Bachelor of Science from the University of Guelph in 2005. She graduated from the massage therapy program at Kootenay Columbia College in August 2023 and is a Registered Massage Therapist with the College of Massage Therapists of BC.  Kathryn is currently completing a program in Reflexology, and has started the coursework to become a Sport Fellow member of the Canadian Sport Massage Therapists Association.

 

In Dec 2023 she became a Certified Provider for Active Release Technique, Full Body Level 1. She brings to this new venture her past experience of owning and managing a corporation, and a passion for health, education, and providing service to others.

 

Currently, Kathryn is working out of Blue Lotus Therapeutics in Nelson, in addition to the other locations listed above. Click on the "Book Now" button below to access her appointment availability for massage or reflexology.

Reflexology initiates our natural healing potential via:

  1. relieving stress and tension

  2. improving nerve and blood supply

  3. promotes balance within the body

Kathryn is completing her 200 hr certification program through the Therapeutic Reflexology Institute (Edmonton) and is currently taking on clients to complete her practicum hours.

Presently, Kathryn is working out of Blue Lotus in Nelson.
